New stable release out with automatic upgrades and big reduction in size of local repository.

Now has the ability to automatically update to new updates automatically in most installation types (Single exception is Windows user level installation).

Also new is that the application will maintain a stable configuration URL between launches if possible. Also switched back to MapDB from LMDB for local repository metadata. It is slightly slower, but uses 5 times less storage and anecdotally seem to have higher durability.

The release also contains many bugfixes and minor improvements, too numerous to list here.
